MANAGEMENT","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_18":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_46":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"平成22年4月本学マネジメント学部に観光マネジメント学科が新設されるのを機に，「観光マネジメント」という学科の領域全体での検討すべき新たな課題・問題意識を取り上げてみたい。地域の観光にかかわる個別企業や人物が各々どのような役割を果すことで，著名な観光資源がいかにして一流の観光地へと形成されていったのか，その際に地域全体で「観光マネジメント」がいかに推進されていったのかを，明治末期から大正前期にかけて観光資源として売り出すことに成功した奈良県・長谷寺の牡丹を素材に第一段階の試論として検討したい。同寺は一見遠く離れた寺院のようであるが，信者の分布状態を反映し東国の末寺住職が本山役僧に累進する例が多く，同寺を総本山とする豊山派本部は文京区の名刹・護国寺境内に位置し，本学文京キャンパスとも至近距離にあるという浅からぬ地縁もあり，興味深いことに旧初瀬町（現桜井市）には跡見なる由緒ある地名もあることからここに取り上げた。本稿は門前町の関係者が協議して長谷寺参詣客を飛躍的に増大させるべく，夜間点灯など一連の観光振興策を門前町が一丸となって打ち出した“観光まちづくり”の諸活動に直接・間接に関わったと思われる初瀬鉄道，鉄道院，初瀬水力電気などの関係法人と，地元旅館主をはじめとする門前町・初瀬の地域社会の指導者達という長谷寺の牡丹に貢献した人物群を順次取り上げ，かれら相互の関係を管見の限りの文献から可能な限り解明しようと試みたものである。とりわけ鉄道院旅客係に勤務していた異才の鉄道員・森永規六（後の運輸公論社主幹，多くの観光案内書や旅行趣味鼓吹雑誌を刊行）が外部から観光客誘致に尽力したという今日の「観光カリスマ」にも相当する先駆的な功績にも注目した。今後は更に必要な現地調査・資料探索を重ねて未解明部分に迫っていくとともに，来春には観光マネジメント学科に集結する各観光分野の専門家各位からお知恵とご示唆を頂いて，当該分野の研究をさらに深化させていきたい。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"4907","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"オガワ,
