","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_46":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"群馬県吾妻郡長野原町北軽井沢の戦後は、草軽電気鉄道に運輸営業の廃止を告げられることから始まる。北軽井沢地区は、草軽電鉄の沿線に位置し、同鉄道の開通後別荘地として開発されてきた。したがって、同鉄道の営業廃止は、北軽井沢地区にとっては死活にかかわる問題であった。長野原町は、北軽井沢地区発展の道を観光開発に求め、「草軽東急」（東急電鉄、東急観光、草軽電鉄）と協力して進めようとした。しかし、これに国土計画興業（前身は箱根土地、のちのコクド）が異を唱え、北軽井沢の観光開発は頓挫することになった。国土計画興業と東急資本は、軽井沢や箱根で観光開発をめぐって対立しており、それが北軽井沢にも持ち込まれたとみることができる。筆者は、北軽井沢の観光開発をめぐる長野原町と観光資本の動向を明らかにしようと考えているが、本稿はその概要を『長野原町報』の記事と長野原町役場所蔵の行政文書によって明らかにしようとするものである。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"6379","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"オイカワ,
