","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_46":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"昭和58（1983）年米国系巨大テーマパークが本邦に初進出した際、遊園地、ホテル、航空、旅行等の観光関連業界に衝撃を与えた。独自の観光デザインを振りかざす米国人指導者の猛威に運営会社の社員でさえ辟易した。こんな中で“黒船”が到来した地元浦安には“攘夷”“反米”の大漁旗もなく概して歓迎一色であった。水質汚染で生業の漁業が立ち行かず、漁民の総意で漁業権を泣く泣く放棄した町が思い描いたコミュニティデザインこそが「東洋一の遊園地」だったからである。町民の夢を社名に戴くオリエンタルランド社が社内外の障害とりわけ身内筋からの「妨害や邪魔」を乗り越え開園出来たのは地元の熱望あればこそであった。\n　本稿は巨大パーク開園前後の日米双方のデザインの相克と地域融合問題を、一観客として市民として取引企業社員として、そして何より当該巨大プロジェクトの融資に関わった金融人の生き残りとして回顧したものである。①勤務先金融機関の大先輩と浦安沖埋立事業との因縁、②約40年前の埋立地の殺風景､③ＧＨＱと畏怖された派遣部隊との軋轢､④和洋の和解と融合、\n⑤パーク成功の要因等に言及しつつ、最後に浦安のパークがホンモノか否か、鉄道愛好者として名高いウォルトが当初鉄道パークを夢想し創設したアナハイムに存在するのに、浦安には見当らない重要なアイテムに関する筆者独自の見解を述べる。\n","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"6316","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"オガワ,
