","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_46":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"近年の「働き方改革」において、同一労働同一賃金が主要な政策の1つとされ、それに関する論考は増えている。しかしこれまで日本では、同一労働同一賃金やそれを発展させた同一価値労働同一賃金原則について、日本型の賃金制度や人事制度には「なじまない」とする見解が多かった。というのも、属人的に職務が割り振られ、また処遇と職務が切り離されていることの多い日本において、そもそも何をもって同一の労働と捉えるのかは明らかではないからである。とはいえ、日本では非正杜員の増加と格差拡大を是正し、働き過ぎの正社員と低処遇の非正社員といった極端な二者択一しかない状況を変える必要性は高く、そのための手法としての同一価値労働同一賃金の検討と具体化の必要性は非常に高い。そこで本研究は、3つの生協で働く、管理的業務等を担う正社員と非正社員を対象に実施した、同一価値労働同一賃金原則に基づく職務分析・職務評価調査を用いて、小売業(生協)の人事・処遇制度の検討を行うものである。本稿ではまず分析の取りかかりとして、本調査の概要と、職務評価点の平均値を示した。続稿において、これらの生協で適用されている人事制度と職務評価結果を関連させながら、さらに分析を行う。これら分析を通じて、現行の人事制度は、職務評価に「なじまない」との見解は果たして妥当と言えるのか、また同一価値労働同一賃金原則を用いて、正社員と非正社員の格差を是正するためにはどのような政策が求められるのかを、具体的に検討・提言を行なう。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"6331","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"カムロ,
