","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_46":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究は、再就職を希望する育児中女性を対象として、その活勤を支援する事業を展開し、そのための拠点を既存住宅のリノベーションにより創出することを目的としている。\n　本報では、企業における女性の就業実態及び仕事と育児の両立に対する意識を明らかにするために、厚生労働省が公開しているデータの分析と、企業の人事担当者へのインタビュー調査を行った。\n　データ分析からは、採用率の向上、ワークライフバランス施策の導入と男性社員の意識改革、管理職へのキャリアアップ促進という課題が明らかになった。インタビュー調査の結果からもこれらの解決が喫緊の課題であることが示された。加えて人事担当者からは、出産や育児の経験による女性杜員のモチベーション低下やキャリア志向の低下が顕著に目立っており、共働きの男性杜員もそれに影響されてキャリアアップを控えるようになりつつある実態が指摘された。このような現状を改善するためには各企業で対策を取る他、学生時代からの意識改革が矢かせないということで、犬学でのキャリア教育再構築の必要性が明らかとなった。\n","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"6337","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"アカマツ,
