","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_46":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"2017年７月28日に新たな総合物流施策大綱が閣議決定された。ここに物流大綱とは、その時々の経済社会の変化を踏まえた我が国物流のあるべき姿や、これを実現するための省庁横断的な施策の方向性を体系的に示したものである。\n　物流大綱は1997年から４年ごとに策定されてきたが、これまでの６次にわたる物流大綱のいずれにも共通して掲げられているのは､①物流の効率化､②環境負荷の低減、の２点である。ただし、①については、過去の５次にわたる物流大綱と今次の物流大綱とで趣旨が異なる。すなわち、過去の物流大綱では、我が国産業立地競争力の強化に資することに主眼が置かれていたが、今次の物流大綱では、物流の現場を支える人材が不足している中、購買スタイルや社会構造の変化に伴いますます多様化・高度化している物流ニーズに的確に応えることに主眼が置かれている。インプットの減少のみならずアウトプットの増加、換言すれば付加価値の創出による生産性向上が打ち出されている点も今次の物流大綱の特徴である。\n　物流は我が国経済活動及び国民生活を支える重要な杜会インフラであることから、今後現場における働き方改革や新技術の活用等を通じて持続的・安定的に付加価値の高いサービスを提供することが期待される。\n","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"6343","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"ワタナベ,
