","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_46":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　発達障害のある子どもの増加とともに、近年成人期における発達障害に対しての認知が高まっている。支援法の一つとして、現在日本では医療機関にて成人期発達障害専門プログラムを用いたデイケアが行なわれているところもあるが、未だ数は少ない。本研究では、インタビュー調査を通じて成人発達障害専門プログラムの効果を探り、より洗練されたプログラムに向けての一助となることを目的とする。自閉症スペクトラム障害と診断を受けており、成人発達障害専門プログラムを施行しているデイケアに参加した経験のある成人患者４名に半構造化面接を実施し、修正版グラウンデッド・セオリー・アプローチ(Modified Grounded Theory Approach: M-GTA)を用いて分析した。その結果、21個の概念が成立し７個のカテゴリーが生成された。対象者は発達障害の特性によって、コミュニケーションの立ち行かなさなど、日常生活に支障をきたしており受診のきっかけに繋がっている。過去の悩みを踏まえ、デイケアに期待したこととして、対人スキルを学びたいことがあげられた。デイケアを通じて、参加メンバーとの関わりで新たな気づきを得たことにより、発達障害に関する情報不足による不安の軽減がなされたことや､感情コントロールについての練習を行ったことによって､感情の安定化に繋がっている。また、デイケアに参加し、メンバーやスタッフとの関わりを得たことにより、他者の気持ちの理解促進が行なわれた。一方で他メンバーとの話し合いをもっとしたかったとの意見もあげられた。全体として今後の生活に前向きな考えになる等の変化が見られ、プログラムの有効性が示された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"7289","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"フジタ,
