The subjects of the research, conducted from July to August 2011, are six executives in five schools. The first author carried out semi-structuring group interviews, adopting the Grounded Theory Approach, one of the qualitative methods.\nThis approach enabled us to define 36 notions, integrated into 8 subcategories. The subcategories are further integrated into 5 supercategories: “school system”, “promotion of cooperation”, “forms of the use of school psychologists”, “consulting specialists” and “the quality and the role of coordinators”.
