Intelligence Quotient (EQ)は「感じる知性」と訳される。Intelligence Quotient (IQ）が学歴や知能の高さを意味するのに対し、EQ はむしろ感情をコントロールする自制と他者への共感という能力を意味する。特に経済のグローバル化、職場のダイバーシティ化が進展する現在において、会社の経営者や各部署のマネージャーといったリーダーに期待される変革的リーダーシップ(Transformational Leadership）にとって「チームメンバーの感情に働きかける」というEQが不可欠である。リーダーは自分の感情をコントロールし、チームメンバーの感情を正しく方向づける高いEQでもって組織の共鳴を起こし組織としてのIQを高めることが要求される。本論文では、現在のリーダーに加え未来のリーダーとなる学生や新入社員がEQを高め従業員から信頼される未来の真のリーダーになるために、ダニエル・ゴールマンらの「EQ  リーダーシップ（原題：Primal Leadership）」を基礎にEQによる変革的リーダーシップの理論をよりわかりやすく解説する。具体的には、アンデルセンの童話「裸の王様」から着想を得てその番外編として試論を展開した。\nあらすじは以下の通りである：\n天で神様に仕えるエンジェルは、キム教授のもと、リーダーシップ論を修行中の天使。欲に目が眩んだ外界の立て直しを行うため、総理大臣として中世のマネー王国に派遣される。そこでエンジェルは、ビジョン型リーダーシップを発揮し、数人の仲間とある計画をたてる。果たして、エンジェルはキム教授から伝授された数々のリーダーシップ構成要素を活かし、マネー王国を立て直し、無事に天に帰ることができるのだろうか。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"7003","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"オクノ,
