年度に行ったビジネスパーソンのモチベーション・サーベイ・データを分析し、個人パフォーマンス、組織パフォーマンスそれぞれに係る要因を明らかにするものである。\n主な結論は、以下である。\n① 個人パフォーマンスとの相関がより高いのが「仕事」カテゴリーの 84.6%、「風土」カテゴリーの 70.8%の項目である。\n② 個人パフォーマンス向上要因は、上司の直接のストロークではなく、仕事と職場を通し、「自分と職場の将来像」が見える取り組み、「チャレンジ」風土、「承認」のある職場である。\n③ 組織パフォーマンスとの相関がより高いのが、「職場」カテゴリーの 65.4%、「上司」カテゴリーの 95.5%、「人事制度」カテゴリーの 80.9%の項目である。\n④ 組織パフォーマンス向上要因は、「職場の将来像議論」をし、「人材育成姿勢」で、部下の「能力性格を理解し、引き出す」明確な「ミッション・業務分担・狙い手順提示」を行い、「提案を吸い上げ」「チャレンジ」する職場、「努力・成果を褒め」る上司である。\n個人は主に「仕事」「風土」カテゴリーのモチベーターが影響し、組織は「職場」「上司」「人事制度」カテゴリーのモチベーターがより影響することがあきらかとなった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"7006","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"サトウ,
