","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_46":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　本論文は、現在日本の企業および日本社会において大きく議論されている、いわゆる「働き方改革」について分析したものである。特に「生産性の向上」との関連で、その「働き方改革」を批判的に分析することを試みた。ここでは、まず、政府サイドから提示された「働き方改革」の趣旨およびその内容の中身を整理した上で、その内容の意味合いや意義、問題点と課題などについて分析を加えたものである。\n　その分析にあたり、まずは、働き方改革の内容を検討した上で、日本の労働は、他の国の労働とどこがどう違うのか。そして昨今どう変わってきたかについて詳しく分析を行った。そしてそのような観点からして、現在の「働き方改革」議論との関連において、日本の労働は何がどう問題かについて検討をし、日本の労働はどうあるべきなのかを模索することを試みた。\n　また、政府から推進されている生産性向上の論理は、決して働き方改革の目的ではなく、別の次元の事柄であり、働き方改革によって達成しうることよりは、より総合的で複合的な仕掛けとやりくりによって進めるべきであるとした。最後に、生産性論理の誤解などを指摘しながら、あくまで「働き方改革」の方向性は、労働（仕事）の価値と余暇や休暇の価値との良きバランスに向かわなければならないと結論付けた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"7012","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"チェ,
