","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_46":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"連結会計または企業結合会計の基準設定においては、在外子会社の換算については言及されることはあまりなかった。本稿では、外貨建のれんの帰属をめぐる議論をもとに、のれんの帰属と連結基礎概念の関係等を検討している。\n外貨換算会計の先行研究においては、のれんが在外子会社の資産であれば決算日レートで換算、のれんが親会社の資産であれば取引日レートで換算という外貨換算会計固有の結びつきと、経済的単一体説によればのれんは子会社の資産、親会社説によればのれんは親会社の資産という連結会計における結びつきが暗黙裡に結合的に議論されており、外貨換算会計と連結会計の重なり合う領域において、議論が錯綜しているようにみられた。本稿では、後者の連結会計における結びつきについて、親会社説によっても子会社の資産との結びつきの可能性があることを示している。\nさらに、親会社の資産とする場合には、非支配株主に帰属するのれんを認識しようとする全部のれん方式と矛盾があるように考えられること、のれんを子会社の資産とすることは、経済的単一体説から導かれるとされる全部のれん方式とも整合的であることを指摘している。のれんが子会社の資産であることと整合的な他の会計処理として、プッシュダウン会計を示している。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"7121","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"ヤマシタ,
