","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_46":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究は、結婚・出産後の女性の社会復帰を促進するために、育児と両立可能な就業環境の整備方法及び支援のあり方を検討することを目的としている。本報では女性産業といわれているNPO法人を対象に、先行研究の分析から育児中女性の職場となり得るかどうか検証することを試みた。その結果、NPOの職場としての実態を育児中女性の視点から考察した研究は管見の限り見当たらなかった。育児中に限らず女性の働く場としてまとめた研究からは、収入を得ることを目的に参加した事例や企業の総合職から転職してきた事例が散見され、職業キャリアの一つとしてとらえられ始めていると言える。活動している女性たちも、組織運営や管理、事業方針決定、イベント実施等を通して、知識や考える力が身につき自分に自信がついたと評価している。\n　一方、事業収入が不安定で有給職員が少なく賃金水準が低いままであること、教育訓練機会が乏しいこと等が指摘されていることから、未だ安定した収入とスキル獲得が可能な場には
