","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_46":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"近年、女性活躍推進を中心にダイバーシティ・マネジメントの重要性が叫ばれている。しかし、日本の女性リーダー比率は国際的に見ても著しく低いことから、企業経営者はダイバーシティ・マネジメントの真の重要性を理解していないものと考えられる。この原因は、ダイバーシティ・マネジメント自体が人権問題等を含む多様な視座を内包しているためだと思われる。そこで、本稿では企業経営の視座でダイバーシティ・マネジメントの重要性を訴求するために、次の二つのルートで論考する。まず、経営学が求めてきた「組織のあるべき姿」の変遷を示すことで、そのコンテクストからダイバーシティ・マネジメントの位置づけを明らかにする。次に、ダイバーシティ・マネジメントのパラダイム・シフトから企業経営にとって重要な問題に変遷してきたことを明らかにする。以上により、ダイバーシティ・マネジメントはそれ自体を目的化してはならず、環境適応、良き文化の追求、創造性・社会性の追求など組織のあるべき姿を実現するためのインフラと捉えるべきものである、との見方を示す。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"7215","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"ナカニシ,
