","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_46":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　本研究の目的は、日本のクリーンウッド法の現状と課題を明らかにし、本来の目的である気候変動対策や世界の森林保全に貢献するために何が必要かを考察することである。\n　現在、増加しつづける世界人口と経済発展に伴う食料や日用品への需要は高まる一方であり、世界の森林が次々に農地へと転換している。そこで、森林減少に寄与しないためのゼロ・デフォレステーション（森林減少ゼロ）宣言を多くのグローバル企業が行っている。現在、高リスクコモディティであるパーム油、大豆、牛肉、木材のうち、法的規制が存在するものは木材のみであり、木材のリスク管理は先例となりうる重要な分野であると言えよう。世界的に違法木材の規制法　がスタンダードとなりつつある中、日本では規制法ではなく合法木材推進法としてのクリーンウッド法が 2017 年から施行されている。しかし議員立法で成立したこの法律は、違法リスクの高い木材の流通を禁止はしていない。また、どのように企業が高リスク木材をサプライチェーンから排除すればいいのかなど、未だ明らかになっていない部分も多い。\n　本研究ではまず、ゼロ・デフォレステーションという国際的な動きの具体的な情報を明らかにし、その中での違法木材規制の位置を確認する。その後、日本のクリーンウッド法を概観し、同法で企業に求められる「合法性確認」が欧米の違法木材規制法で求められる入念な確認のプロセスである「デューディリジェンス」と同様のものか否かを考察し、今後の課題と展望を述べる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"7218","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"モミイ,
