","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_46":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究は，心理臨床家志望動機の観点から，心理専門職や大学院生の研究活動とエビデンスに基づく臨床実践への態度およびその関連要因について探索的に検討することを目的とした。臨床心理士指定大学院（修士・博士前期課程）の大学院生と臨床心理士等の心理専門職を対象とした調査の結果，志望動機に関して，心理支援探求型，消極型，権威・経済型の３類型が見出された。これらの動機の類型に基づくと，概ね全ての類型において，肯定的な研究体験は研究活動への興味・関心や自信と関連し，また，研究活動と臨床実践のつながりを学ぶ大学院での教育訓練環境は，研究活動およびエビデンスに基づく臨床実践への肯定的な態度に直接的または間接的に重要な役割を果たしている可能性が示された。一方，肯定的な研究指導・サポート，研究・分析に必要な学習環境等に関わる教育訓練環境から受ける影響の有無や程度は動機の類型ごとに異なっており，研究活動への興味・関心や自信の程度と臨床実践に関わるエビデンスへの態度との関連についても，心理支援探求型や消極型においてのみ有意な関連がみられた。心理臨床家志望動機等の個人要因に関して様々な特徴を有する大学院生や心理専門職にとって，どのような体験や教育訓練環境が，研究活動及びエビデンスに基づく実践への肯定的態度を促進し得るのか継続的に模索する必要性が示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"8172","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"アライ,
