","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_46":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　本研究では，いじめ場面における第三者的立場の子どもたち（傍観者）の支援行動（被害者への直接的な支援行動，加害者への仲裁行動，観衆への仲裁行動，教師への援助要請行動についての意欲と自信）を促進する環境要因（学級風土）を検討することを目的として小学生を対象に質問紙調査を行った。以下の３つの示唆が得られた。\n　（1）学級風土が支援行動に及ぼす影響については，①被害者への直接的な支援行動では「学級活動への関与」が，②観衆への仲裁行動における他者協力では「規律正しさ」が，③教師への援助要請行動において他者と協力したうえでは「規律正しさ」が，単独では「学級活動への関与」と「学級への満足度」がそれぞれ行動に影響している。\n　（2）学級風土が全体として良好なクラスに在籍する児童は，単独行動・他者協力の上での行動のどちらにおいても，被害者への直接的な支援行動，加害者への仲裁行動，教師への援助要請行動，そして観衆への他者協力を得たうえでの仲裁行動を行う意欲・自信がある。\n　（3）被害者への直接的な支援行動においては，学級風土の全体的な良好さが特に重要であること，学級風土が良好なクラスに在籍している児童はそうでないクラスに在籍している児童よりも，他者と協力したうえで支援行動を取る可能性が高い。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"8289","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"スガ,
