The present study was intended to investigate relation among“job-hunting”, relevant social support, and about what they feel happy and painful. A method for analyzing free descriptive answer was administered to final year female college students（N＝69）who were searching for a “job-hunting”. Results indicated that (1)social support by placement office, family, friends, university health service and other support are categorized into 2 types, physical support and mental support, (2)physical support eventually shifts to mental support, (3)some students, who think “job-hunting” as the chance to clear the developmental task, so called identity formation, and make effort to develop themselves, feel happy during job-hunting.
