","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_46":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究の目的は、現代の女子学生が結婚・育児を通して「働く」ということへのイメージとジェンダー・アイデンティティ、キャリア成熟度および結婚願望との関連を明らかにすることであった。関東圏内の女子学部生50名および大学院生（女子）13名を対象に調査を行った。２種類の刺激文を提示し、物語を作成してもらった。また、ジェンダー・アイデンティティ尺度15項目（佐々木・尾崎，2007）、成人キャリア成熟尺度27項目（坂柳，1999）および将来家庭を持ちたいと思うかの1項目（2件法）の質問に回答してもらった。作成された物語を３群（仕事と家庭の両立群、仕事を辞めて家庭を選択した群、葛藤群）に分類した。上記２つの尺度を従属変数、家庭を持ちたいかを独立変数とした2要因分散分析を行った。その結果、将来家庭をもちたいと回答した人の方が1％水準で「展望的性同一性」の得点が高く、5％水準で「自己一貫性同一性」の得点が高いという結果になった。また、判別分析も行った。その結果、展望的性同一性と自己一致的性同一性、人生キャリア自律性の得点が高い傾向にある学生ほど家庭をもちたいと思っている傾向にあり、他者一致的性同一性と人生キャリア計画性の得点が高い傾向にある学生ほど家庭をもちたくないと思っている傾向が見られた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"8661","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"ミヤザキ,
