","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_46":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"子どもの行動や障害そして保護者に関するものなど，保育者における保護者支援の重要性が高まってきている。保育所における保護者支援について，『保育所保育指針』「第6章」では「保育所における保護者への支援は，保育士等の業務であり，その専門性を生かした子育て支援の役割は特に重要である」と記述されている。また，幼稚園教諭の養成課程でも「教育相談（カウンセリングに関する基礎的な知識を含む）に関する科目」が必須となっている（幼稚園教育要領，2011）。しかしながら，その技法に関してどのように展開していけばいいのかがまだ，保育現場では体系化されていないという課題がある。\nそこで本研究では，保育現場における「保護者支援」とはどのようなものを意図しているのかということについて，『保育所保育指針』の記述から整理を行うことと，保育者が展開する保護者支援に関して，カウンセリング技術・マインドに焦点をあてて検討を行った。まず『保育所保育指針』における記述の中では，保護者支援はカウンセリングの技法を用いて支援することが明記されていながらも，具体的な技法に関しては不明瞭であることが確認できた。次に，カウンセリング技術とマインドをカール・ロジャーズ（Rogers,C.R. 1902-1987）の理論から整理し，実際の保護者支援の2事例から検討を行った。その結果，カウンセラーの基本的態度とされる「無条件の肯定的受容」，「共感的な理解，「純粋性・自己一致」を心がけて実践することによって，保護者支援が有効に機能していくことが示唆された。そしてまた，保護者支援は，保育者と保護者の信頼関係（ラポール）の構築において効果が現れてくる。だからこそ，保護者の抱えている問題や課題を支援するために，保育者がカウンセリング技術とそのマインドを身につけることが期待されている。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"8676","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"コヌマ,
