syndrome：以下PMS）は、月経前の3～10日の間に見られる精神的・身体的症状のことである。PMSのために女性の活動性が低下し、QOLが低下することもあるため、PMSの研究をすることはQOL向上にも重要である。PMSの要因として先行研究では、心理社会的要因、生物学的要因の２つが挙げられている。そこで本研究では、心理社会的要因のうち従来あまり指摘されていなかった母子関係および完全主義をとりあげ、PMSとの関連を明かにすることを目的とした。対象者は10代後半から30代の女子大学生と一般女性318名であり（平均年齢25.0歳）、対象者に質問紙調査を行い比較検討した。質問紙のフェイスシートには、年齢、所属、睡眠時間、月経の規則性を含んだ。質問紙に使用した尺度は、PMDD評価尺度、母娘関係尺度、就学前の母親関係に関する項目、性別受容性尺度、多次元完全主義認知尺度であった。全対象者をPMDD評価尺度の評価方法に従って、「PMDD」、「中等症以上のPMS」、「なし／軽症PMS」の３群に群分けした。群ごとの比較による結果、（１）PMSが重症であると過去、現在の母子関係は良好ではなかった、（２）PMSが重症であると完全主義が高いことが明かになった。つまり、PMSの重症度には母子関係が安定していること、完全主義が低い傾向が関連していることが明かになった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"9082","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"ナイトウ,
