Sensitive Person）とは，Aron（1997）が提唱した概念で，生得的な特性として，高度な感覚処理感受性を持つ人のことである。赤城ら（2017）の研究では，HSPの人たちは他者の感情刺激を敏感に受け止めているにも関わらず，自身の感情コントロールが困難なため，生きにくさを抱えていると述べられている。また，大塚ら（2018）による研究では，生きづらさの一カテゴリーとして過剰適応が分類されており，他者の感情刺激に敏感なHSPは，その分他者に気を遣いやすく，その結果として過剰適応になりやすい可能性が考えられる。しかし，HSPは近年提唱された概念のためまだ明らかになっていないことが多く，HSPの生きづらさの詳細やHSPと過剰適応との関連については未だ研究がなされていない。\n本研究では，「HSP特性と自尊感情が過剰適応傾向及び過剰適応行動に与える影響について明らかにすること」を目的１，また「HSPの“生きづらさ”の詳細を自由記述によって探索的に捉えること」を目的２とし私立X大学の大学生らに対し質問紙調査を行った。\n目的１に対して，分散分析・重回帰分析を行った。その結果，HSP特性は過剰適応傾向に関連があるが，その緩衝要因として想定した自尊感情に緩衝効果はなくそれぞれの主効果がともに有意であり，HSP特性・自尊感情がそれぞれ独立して過剰適応傾向に関連していることが分かった。\nまた目的２で行ったKJ法に準じた内容分析では，HSP特性が高い群は，HSP特性が低い群よりも生きづらさを感じる状況が多岐にわたっており，したがって多くの，より繊細な生きづらさを抱えていると推測することができた。\n本研究の結果からは，HSPの生きづらさはそのまま自尊感情の低い者や過剰適応傾向の高い者の生きづらさであるともいえる。加えて，HSPの生きづらさが詳細に分かったことにより，この生きづらさを解消していくことで、HSPの自尊感情を高め，過剰適応を抑制する一助となるであろう。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"9090","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"ミネギシ,
