","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_46":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究では，大卒女子のファーストキャリアにおける早期離職者と継続在職者の心理的プロセスの異同を検討することを目的とした。就活から就業に関する質問項目を作成し，半構造化インタビューを実施した。そして，各調査協力者の発話を計量テキスト分析による共起ネットワークを用いて，中心性の高い語を抽出し，検討した。この研究から以下のことが示唆された。\n１．今回の研究では，離職者２名とも退職のきっかけは「不適応による退職」だった。しかし，現在は両者とも次の就職に向けて，それぞれ行動を起こしていることが分かった。つまり，これらの退職は単なる「不適応による退職」ではない。その挫折を通しての「新たらしいキャリア形成に向かっての退職」であったといえるだろう。\n２．実際に就業経験のある者や就業中の者の継続要因について，特に，在職者の発話内でメンターと呼べる者の存在が明らかとなった。そして，そのメンターの存在は，各調査協力者たちにとっての心の支えや，仕事に対するモチベーションに影響していたことが伺えた。つまり，そういったメンターの存在は，就業継続の要因の一つと考えられる。そのため，各企業はメンターシステムを構築することが，今後，若者の早期離職を防ぐための効果的な戦略となるのではないかと筆者は考える。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"9094","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"ムロキ,
