","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_46":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"ふれ合い恐怖とは，現代青年に目立って見られる対人恐怖症と共通する心理的傾向を持った青年期心性である。本論考では，ふれ合い恐怖とその周辺の概念と考えられる社交不安症（以下SADと表記する），回避性パーソナリティ障害を取り上げ，これらの臨床的特徴について検討を行った。さらに，SAD，回避性パーソナリティ障害，ふれ合い恐怖の概念を比較し，これらの共通点および相違点を明らかにすることを目的とした。その結果，ふれ合い恐怖に特有な臨床的特徴として，①対人関係が深くなるにつれて不安になる　②恐怖対象が人と親密になる場に限定されている　③重症化しにくいという３点が見出された。また，SADとふれ合い恐怖では，日常生活における恐怖や不安の程度や，それに伴う困難の頻度が異なっていた。回避性パーソナリティ障害とふれ合い恐怖では，症状を呈する対象の範囲が異なっていた。よって，ふれ合い恐怖はSADや回避性パーソナリティ障害と区別可能な概念であることが示された。さらに，ふれ合い恐怖が呈する症状は，現代青年の特徴である「優しい関係」と，共通する部分が見られた。すなわち，ふれ合い恐怖は1980年代に提唱された概念であるが，現代社会においてもなお有効で、現代青年の特徴を的確に捉えることに役立つ概念であると言える。よって今後は，ふれ合い恐怖に関する研究を積み重ね，その概念の実態を明らかにしていくことが課題となる。ふれ合い恐怖という概念の解明は，現代青年の恐怖症のあり方や心性を理解するにあたって有効であると考えられるため，今後の研究の進展が期待される。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"9105","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"マツモト,
