","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_46":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　本研究では，日常のトラブル場面における第三者的立場の子どもたちの教師への援助要請に関する行動実行の利益とコストの予期に影響を及ぼす要因について，学級風土に着目し，小学生を対象に質問紙調査を行った。大きくは以下の２つの示唆が得られた。（１）学級風土の全体的な良好さが，教師への援助要請に関する行動の実行の利益とコストの予期にポジティブな影響を及ぼす可能性が示唆された。（２）学級風土の各因子が与える影響では，次のような可能性が示唆された。①全体的・②５年生：「規律正しさ」が教師への援助要請利益の予期促進の可能性と，教師のネガティブな反応への予期を抑制することに繋がる可能性。「自然な自己開示」が自助努力への予期抑制につながる可能性。③６年生：「規律正しさ」が教師への援助要請利益の予期促進の可能性，教師のネガティブな反応への予期抑制の可能性。④男性：「自然な自己開示」が援助要請をして問題が解決されることへの予期促進の可能性，秘密が守られないことへの予期抑制の可能性，自分で解決しようとすることの予期抑制の可能性。また，「規律正しさ」が教師のネガティブな反応への予期抑制につながる可能性。⑤女性においては「学習への志向性」が教師への援助要請の利益促進に，「学級への満足度」がネガティブな反応の予期抑制や秘密が守られないことへの予期抑制につながる可能性。\n　教員の場合は，自己のクラスの風土を意識し，日々の学級活動を通して，学級風土をより良好な方向へと促していくことが，第三者的立場の児童の援助要請を促進させることに繋がるのではなかろうか。スクールカウンセラーの場合は，学級風土をアセスメントし，教諭へのコンサルテーションを通して，学級風土にアプローチしていくことで，子どもたちの援助要請を促すことに繋がることが考えられるではなかろうか。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"9520","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"スガ,
