","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_46":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　双極性障害患者の家族に対し，必要な情報や支援を提供することは，家族の負担を軽減し，患者の予後を改善するために重要である。しかし本邦においては，必ずしも双極性障害患者をケアする家族が必要とする情報が，医療の中で十分に提供されていない可能性がある。\n　そこで本研究は，①家族がどのような情報を必要としているのか，②家族は医療者からの情報提供を十分だと感じているのか，③家族は医療機関以外にどのような手段で情報を入手しているのか，④日常臨床における医療者からの情報提供は家族のエンパワメントやExpressed Emotion（EE）にどのような影響を与えるのか，について探索的に検討することを目的に，双極性障害患者と同居する家族を対象としたウェブ調査を実施した。\n　Web 調査会社を通じて，双極性障害と診断され，通院している患者と同居する家族にアンケートへの協力を依頼し，208人（男性121人，女性87人）から有効回答が得られた。協力が得られた家族のうち，患者の配偶者は87人（41.8％），子どもは61人（29.3％），きょうだいは33人（15.9％），親は24人（11.5％），その他が３人（1.4％）であった。\n　家族が評価した医療機関からの情報の有無や程度，医療機関からの情報提供に対する満足度は，家族のエンパワメントの高さ，家族のEE と弱い有意な相関があり，家族が医療機関からの情報を得ており，それに満足しているほど，エンパワメントが高く，EE が低いことが示唆された。外来診療の中で行われる，主治医をはじめとする医療者との間で行われる患者の疾患や治療，社会資源に関する説明や家族からの相談にのることは，家族のエンパワメントを高め，EE
