","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_46":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究では，大学生の進路選択における不安を，自己効力感の情報源の１つである生理的・情動的喚起として扱い，自己効力感と不安の関連について明らかにすることを主な目的とした。調査対象者は４年制大学に所属する大学生130名であり，進路選択行動変容ステージ，自己効力感，および就職不安についてWeb アンケート方式にて実施してもらった。その結果，進路選択行動変容ステージの進行，すなわち進路選択行動への動機づけや行動頻度が高まるにつれて，自己効力感は向上し，同時に不安が低減していくことが明らかとなった。しかしながら，行動変容ステージにおける３段階目の，30日以内に進路選択行動を開始する意図があるという段階を示す準備ステージでは，一時的にその傾向が反転するという，他の行動とは特異的な点がみられた。また，就職活動そのものに関する不安と比較して，選択すべき職業への適性に関する不安の方が，自己効力感をより強く阻害する可能性が考えられた。さらに，進路選択やキャリアに伴う不安は，就職活動が終了すれば消失するものではなく，就職が決まった後もその決定が正しかったのか思い悩むなど，長期にわたり継続するものであることが示唆されており，本研究においても就職不安におけるそのような特質が反映された結果となった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"9667","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"テラウエ,
