","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_46":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"家庭の収入状況や保護者の健康状態が子どもの食習慣に大きな影響を与えている。そのため、困難を抱える家庭や子どもにとって、学校給食は非常に重要である。コロナ禍による子どもの食への影響も大きい。給食費未納は子どもの貧困の重要なシグナルである。未納の問題を、保護者としての責任感や規範意識とだけで片付けてしまうのではなく、不登校や虐待などと同様に貧困の兆候としてとらえるべきである。公立小中学生の7人に1人が、子どもの就学を経済的に支援する就学援助制度を利用している。制度の認知度の低さやスティグマの存在などから、この制度を利用していない家庭も相当数ある。子どもの貧困に対して、給食無償化が果たす役割は大きい。現状の就学援助による個別的な給食費などの支援は、給食無償化により普遍的に全員に実施されることが望ましい。給食費も教育を受けるために必要不可欠な支出である。今後さらに、教育無償化に向けて社会の関心が高まり、財源が確保されることが必要である。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"9735","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"ガン,
