","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_46":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"成人発達障害では，コミュニケーションの問題や不注意等により，さまざまな困難を抱えている。成人発達障害の女性における困難とその対処についてはすでに報告をした（宮岡，2022）。今回男性について分析する。精神科病院に通院中の成人発達障害男性に，状況別に困難とその対処について記載してもらった。男性44名（平均年齢35.2歳）を対象にした。自己申告による分類で，自閉スペクトラム症群29名，ADHD 群７名，ASD・ADHD併存群８名であった。質問紙で設定した場面の「普段の生活」，「人間関係」，「学校・職場」を大項目とし，困難の具体例を小項目とし，類似のカテゴリーを中項目とした。「普段の生活」の中項目には「作業・時間管理」「掃除・片付け」「忘れっぽさ」など24項目，「人間関係」の中項目には「家族」「職場」「人間関係一般」などの14目，「学校・職場」の中項目には「学校：援助」「職場：作業・時間管理」「職場：仕事の内容」などの15項目が抽出された。小項目に対する対処スタイルを「問題解決型」，「認知的再解釈型」，「相談型」，「回避型」に分類した。問題解決型対処が最も多かったが，回避型や対処がないものも多かった。女性例ではみられなかった結婚や恋愛の中項目がみられたことが特徴的であった。成人発達障害の男性は多くの困難を抱え，多くは問題解決型対処を取る一方で，回避型対処や対処の記入がない困難もあった。対処が難しい困難があることが示されている。恋愛や結婚の問題の悩みが女性よりも大きいことから，性差にも配慮した支援が求められる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"9894","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"ミヤオカ,
