","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_46":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"人口減少、少子高齢化など深刻な地域課題の解決に向けて、さまざまな取組が進められており、中でも平成26年に「まち・ひと・しごと創生法」が施行され、翌27年には「まち・ひと・しごと創生長期ビジョン」と「まち・ひと・しごと創生総合戦略」が策定された。これを受け、全国の自治体においても地方版の人口ビジョン、創生総合戦略が策定されている。同プランでは計画の実効性を高めるためアウトカム指標としての数値目標や施策の実施状況と成果を図るKPI（Key　Performance Indicator（重要業績評価指標））が設定されている。多くの自治体において数値目標として、出生率の上昇や人口の社会増、そして交流人口の増加が掲げられるなか、まちづくりや地域活動を担う地域住民の増加という視点からの指標を掲げる自治体も散見される。人口の移住政策、交流人口の拡大に続いて、関係人口への期待が高まっているが、重要なことは関係人口も含めて、それらを契機として地域住民がまちづくりや地域活動に積極的に関わっていくことではないか。こうした視点で道府県庁所在の自治体を対象に、創生総合戦略における数値目標及びKPIの設定状況を整理した。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"9921","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"シノザキ,
