","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_46":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"text","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　近年グローバル化により人々の移動はより顕著なものとなった。1970年代以降，来日し定住する外国人を「ニューカマー」と呼んでいる。ニューカマーの心理社会的研究は児童期の研究はあるが，成人の韓国系ニューカマーの研究は少ない。そこで，韓国系ニューカマーが日本に適応する過程を心理社会的に分析することにした。\n　大学で兼任講師をしている知的水準の高い韓国系ニューカマー４名を対象とした。来日以後に感じた困難とそれへ対処，欲しかった援助等について半構造化面接を行い，M―GTAを用いて分析した。その結果，来日後に感じた困難の大カテゴリーには，【国民性の違いによる困難】【コミュニケーション・コミュニティの困難】【差別】【経済的困難】が抽出された。困難への対処として【性格による対処】【韓国での経験による対処】【行動面での対処】【認知面での対処】【相談・援助による対処】が抽出された。欲しかった援助または現在欲しい援助として【コミュニケーション・コミュニティ】【その他】，日本に在住予定の韓国人にしたいアドバイスとして【コミュニケーション・コミュニティのすすめ】【努力】が抽出された。\n　困難について，エリクソンの発達課題における「親密さ」対「孤立」から考察した。困難に対する対処は，「問題解決」，「認知的再解釈」，「相談・サポート希求」，「回避」に分類した。これから来日するニューカマーへのアドバイスとして，コミュニティに参加すること，日本人とのコミュニケーションをとること，などが挙げられた。これは，ニューカマーを受け入れる日本側の支援としても重要な視点である。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"10114","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"はせがわ,
