This project is expected to completed in 2013, the 100th anniversary of the Xin-hai Revolution （辛亥革命）. This compilation, which will be counted as the 27th Official History （正史）, is taking a “new synthesis”（新総合体）. Marxism historiography instead of the traditional form of biographical historiography（紀伝体）. The above mentioned project has an influence on the research on Shi-lu （実録）, the historical materials of Official History.
