内容記述 | This paper discusses the necessity of instruction in documentation for junior high level students. At present, most of the high school students take notes in class just as part of their daily routine without thinking of the significance of writing in their notebooks. As a result, 47.3% of junior high school students scrap all of their notebooks and files soon after graduation, and only 13.1% of university students utilize the documents which they wrote out in their junior high school days. This is mostly because informat on is stored unsystematically without any consideration for utilizing the papers at a later time. 97.5% of high school teachers, however, give no instruction concerning how to write and file papers effectively. The systematic instruction in the purposes of taking notes, the presention of the possible methods by which to achieve those purposes, the types and distinctive features of notebooks, and the ways of processing to cope with each subject will improve students' utilization of files and documents, the acquisition of information processing abilities, and the effectiveness of learning content in each subject. Such education will be more and more required in the future. | |||||
