| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は，学校コミュニティにおける心理職活用システムを明らかにすることである。調査は，5つの学校における計6名の学校管理職が対象とされた。調査時期は，2011年7月～8月であった。第一筆者によって，調査対象者(グループ面接)に半構造化面接が実施された。分析方法として，質的研究法の１つである修正版グラウンデット・セオリー・アプローチが用いられた。 その結果，36の概念が抽出され，8つの下位カテゴリーに統合された。そしてそれらは，5つの上位カテゴリー【学校の体制】【連携の推進】【心理職の活用形態】【専門家の活用】【コーディネーターの資質と役割】に統合された。これらの上位カテゴリーは，たとえば【コーディネーターの資質と役割】が，【学校の体制】【連携の推進】と相互に影響し合っていることが示唆された。 |

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this research is to clarify how the system of the use of school psychologists works in school communities. The subjects of the research, conducted from July to August 2011, are six executives in five schools. The first author carried out semi-structuring group interviews, adopting the Grounded Theory Approach, one of the qualitative methods. This approach enabled us to define 36 notions, integrated into 8 subcategories. The subcategories are further integrated into 5 supercategories: “school system”, “promotion of cooperation”, “forms of the use of school psychologists”, “consulting specialists” and “the quality and the role of coordinators”. The research has found out among others that “the quality and the role of coordinators” affect the “school system” as well as the “promotion of cooperation”, and vice versa. |
